COIMBRA VOCALCoimbra VOCAL is a vocal group composed of 50 mixed adult voices, integrated into the cultural association Pautas e Reflexos - Associação, founded in September 2019. Its main motivation was to create a versatile group prepared for an eclectic repertoire, aiming to contribute to arts education and to stimulate artistic creation. In addition to bringing choral music to a broader audience, its mission includes presenting works not premiered in Portugal, and exploring the boundaries between choral music and other musical and artistic forms. The choir’s artistic directors are Carla Pais and Isilda Margarida, both professional musicians and teachers.
